Prosecutor Min Tae Yeon (Yun Jung Hoon)  becomes a vampire but he decides to survive just by drinking dead people's  blood  and he still lives as a righteous prosecutor .
He uses his new abilities as a vampire to prosecute powerful persons normally acting above the law. He tries to capture other vampires that everyday kill people, but he helps the detective Hwang Soon Bum to resolve many difficult cases. They are part of an investigative team and Yoo Jung In , a young female prosecutor, joins them. Tae Yeon share with Soon Bum his identity, but many truths need to be revealed.

Cha Chi-Soo (Jung Il-Woo) is the only son of a family that owns Korea's largest food conglomerate named Chasung. Yang Eun-Bi (Lee Chung-Ah) is a 25-years-old senior studying physical education in a college. She believes that teaching is the best type of job and finally she gets the opportunity to became a teacher.When the two first meet, she finds him cool but then she realizes he's younger than her. Not just this, Chi-Soo is arrogant and full of himself, narcissist and  untrustworthy with women.Obviously their personalities collide above all when Eun-Bi finds out he's one of her students and she understands that they can't be together. After her father's death, Eun-Bi decides to go on with her life and to be just herself and she starts to manage her father's ramyun shop with Choi Gang-Hyuk , a weird but handsome guy who treats her as his wife. Chi-Soo realizes his feelings for Eun-Bi and suddenly  Gang-Hyuk offers to Chi-Soo to work at the ramyun shop with them, so Chi-Soo accepts to have the opportunity to stay beside Eun-Bi. This leads to many romantic misunderstandings.

Ko Eun-Bi (Ku Hye-Sun) is a medical student, but she dreams of becoming a musical actress. She thinks about musicals all day and even dreams about musicals at night.
Hong Jae-Hee (Daniel Choi) comes back to South Korea. He used to compose songs for musicals, but now writes pop songs. One day, Eun-Bi practices a song while out in a park and Hong Jae-Hee, who fell asleep in the park after drinking too much alcohol, is awaken by her singing and he tells her that without talent she shouldn't think of becoming a musical actress.Anyway Eun-Bi decides to take time off from medical school to take part in numerous auditions. She fails all of them. After some time they meet by chance and , when Eun-Bi improvises lyrics, Hong Jae-Hee recognizes her talent and starts to write a song  just to let her do a musical. He slowly falls in love with Eun-Bi  but his ex-lover, the famous musical actress Bae Kang-Hee, creates misunderstandings between them. When Jae-Hee confesses his feeling to Eun-Bi, she refuses him because of her desire to became a musical actress just with her resources. From then their lives separate just to make them realize how much they care for each other.
